In CD 05, Rep. Chuck Goodrich (R) signs on Chris Faulkner of Majority Strategies as a general consultant. Faulkner, who formerly ran South Bend-based Gridiron Communications, was the campaign manager for the first Chocola for Congress campaign almost two-dozen years ago. Hew was slated to hold his kickoff announcement on the evening of May 5 in Noblesville.
