If you aren’t a big fan of roundabouts, diverging (and doublediverging) diamond interchanges, or “Michigan lefts” (J-turns, like the highly disfavored one at 96th Street and Allisonville Road in Indianapolis/Fishers that the Indiana Department of Transportation just this week awarded a contract to replace with a less-disfavored roundabout), brace yourself for when INDOT debuts their new displaced left turn lanes . . . but the agency releases a YouTube video suggesting it won’t be as painful as you think once everyone gets used to the concept.
