Results have been certified by the Madison County Election Board in the tight Anderson mayoral primaries. Jon Bell (R) is certified as the winner of the Republican primary over Rob Jozwiak (R) by just three votes, with Carol Bell (R) in third, only 14 votes behind the winner. Mayor Thomas Broderick, Jr. (D) picks up five votes since election night to top Rodney Chamberlain (D) by 36 votes. Both ostensible runners-up have requested recounts.
