General Fund revenue collections for March total $1.50 billion, which again exceeds what were initially believed to be generous projections (all of the estimates here are based on the December 22, 2022, revenue collection forecast). Collections during March run $66.2 million (4.6%) more than the forecast estimates thanks to better-than-expected contributions from sales, individual income, and corporate taxes – and the bottom line tracks $36.8 million (2.5%) ahead of actual revenue counted during the same month of the prior year.
