The Jay School Corporation School Board votes unanimously to move forward, by recommendation of superintendent Jeremy Gulley, on a $6.1 million capital improvement project involving the construction of a “cleathouse,” installation of synthetic turf at Harold E. Schutz Memorial Stadium, and replacement of wiring in the school’s kitchen area. Next steps for the board will include the approval of insurance of bonds.
