The Griffith Town Council delayed a hearing with Performance Services, a Griffith Public Schools contractor, on allegations that the company failed to obtain town-required permits for work at the public schools and used unlicensed subcontractors on some jobs, the Times of Northwest Indiana reports . . . but at midweek, a Griffith High School auditorium project and an addition to Wadsworth Elementary School moved forward “following a drawn-out, acrimonious approval process between Griffith Public Schools and the Town of Griffith.”
