Judge Kincaid named hearing officer in attorney disciplinary case

Boone County Superior Court I Judge Matthew C. Kincaid is named by the Indiana Supreme Court as the hearing officer in the attorney disciplinary case involving former Centaur gaming vice president and general counsel John Keeler, sentenced last week on a federal felony charge of Causing the Filing of a False Tax Return, with the government agreeing to dismiss the remaining counts charged at the conclusion of the sentencing hearing.
