Jessica Garcia is the new treasurer of the Indiana Democratic Party State Central Committee. A member of the second class of Hoosier Women Forward, she replaces Henry Fernandez, who stepped down from the position earlier this month. Garcia, originally from Kosciusko County, is the constituent services liaison for U.S. Rep. André Carson (D), and CD 07 chair of the Indiana Democratic Latino Caucus.
